Another NYT's Ag-Article in Top 10 E-mailed

Interesting article by Joan Nathan in today's New York Times. "Of Church and Steak: Farming for the Soul" discusses the growing trend that is "faith based farming."

Nathan reports that just as protecting the environment has emerged as a religious issue over the past few years, "something similar is taking place in the way people of faith view their daily bread."

Nathan references a couple of websites that look interesting, including the Jew & the Carrot at jcarrot.org and cites several popular diet books that are Biblically inspired.
